Physical Therapist Charlevoix, MichiganWe are working with our client in Charlevoix, Michigan, to find an outgoing, licensed physical therapist to fill a 13 week assignment.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week, position focusing on strong manual therapy skills combining with holistic care.
The Physical Therapist will be treating lower back, post-surgical, knees, rotator cuffs, ankles, and hips.
Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist Provide quality outpatient physical therapy services from teens to geriatricEvaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.

Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
